I'm short myself..but avoid anything processed too much..unless it is packaged meat, Vitamins, protein powder, and REAL nature stuff.
If you want to grow...eat calcium rich food. I don't drink milk no more...but I eat alot of Bok Choy. Not to mention..almonds have calcium, and so does cottage cheese, Flaxseed.
Why do you want to grow taller anyway. You're not exactly done growing until you're like 25yrs. old.

eeneich:
It's most likely a scam. During adolescence doctors will sometimes prescribe growth hormone for vertically challenged individuals. But that is for people who are *really* short.
A good way to gauge the truthfulness of claims like this is to look at the ingredients in the formula. Note that in this case they are deliberately vague:
"...our proprietary formula-a combination of the most potent and effective vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbal medicines available..."
Basically you will be paying for a very expensive multi-vitamin!
Another thing to remember when evaluating claims like this is that the FDA requires that all food and supplements contain a description of all ingredients above trace level.
This means that all the ingredients are listed on the side of the product. A company that claims some secret formula or chemical would have to declare exactly what is in it on the side of the bottle. What many companies do is claim that their product contains some technical sounding compound, or, in the case of this product "a proprietary formula". If you read the FDA label on the side you will see that there is nothing special in these products, just very shady marketing techniques.
Max is right; you don't stop growing at 16 or 17. I was a late developer and grew maybe 2 or 3 inches between 17 and 20.
