I was contacted by Mr. Ben Tatar of criticalbench.com for an interview recently that may even go into Iron Man magazine. I never actually thought they would put it on their site so I just answered their questions off the top of my head. Pretty cool, thanks much Ben. www.criticalbench.com/Tim-Wescott.htm

Way to go bro. !! It may have been off the cuff, but it was all the right answers !!, Maybe that is the secret to a good interview...just give the answers without thinking to hard about it. Is the picture with the sun-glasses recent?

Thanks Robert, Angie, & Michael!!
The shot with the sunglasses as well as the one by mtself are from 2001 and the other 2 contest pics are from 2003.
I have a ton of pics but no scanner so I`m kinda` limited to using only what`s already online.
Rob,Hollywood called just this morning!! ;D
The Iron Man interview is basically the same with more questions and the editor ,who Ben Tatar contacted seemed interested and e-mailed me so I`ll just wait and see if it makes it into the mag.
That would be awesome!!

Great interview and job.
For an off the cuff interview, it sure read as a professional one.

Tim, I see that you eat a lot of pasta in the off season. Do you eat it everyday? I haven't eaten that much since I started Atkins earlier in the year and became a carbophobe. I wouldn't mind eating pasta since I'm trying to bulk and learning that carbs aren't a bad thing.

Tim, Congratulations! If Ironman puts your interview in their magazine then it shows that Bodybuilding is heading in the right direction. I will be proud to buy that magazine. Your story begins prior to the bodybuilding boom. You form a bridge to the past; (Boy you are old.!!;D) you survived the excesses without giving up your love of the postive benefits of the sport. Today you represent all that is good in Bodybuilding and your story is an inspiration to everyone. Rock On Bro!

FM!! I don't know how I missed this Tim, my apologies. I'm glad I did eventually run across it as I would have continued to miss out on something really cool!
Great interview, nice concise, clear and intelligent answers.
LMAO and as for the pix, the term "sliced and diced" doesn't do justice my friend!!

The interview is a little longer for the magazine and I was in contact with Steve holman about it.
I sure hope he uses it as that would be a dream come true for me and a real shot in the arm for my enthusiasm .

good interveiw my friend good advice to anybody who is wanting to get into the sport i think this Quote says it all
"Don`t fall into the hype.Use tried and true supplements that work and if you are going to use steroids think about it long and hard and do all the research necessary before you start"
i am a "Chemical" BB but that is exactly what i tell eager newcomers to the sport always Think Long and Hard......
