www.digitaldreamdoor.com/pages/best_drummers.html#I have been in awe of these drummers who get little credit but are an essential component in great rock music, especially people who literally attacked the drums, like John Bonham of Led Zeppelin and Keith Moon of The Who. Their intensity of banging sticks on drums with little or no electronic enhancement that is seen today, showcased their true talent, especially in keeping the cadence for the songs. Moon and Bonham were lost to drug and alcohol addictions and that was part of the 70's rock lifestyle and still is, unfortunate they submitted to those addictions but one can say they took their work with seriousness and intensity and it will live on. When lifting having music I enjoy helps out and can helps me get through a workout on a day where I may not want to workout. I'm done.
