Keep in mind that although those links you provided talk about bodybuilders and gynecomastia, what they don't mention is that the gynecomastia is a side effect of steroid use.
Assuming you are not using AAS, it's pretty unlikely (but still possible) that you might have gynecomastia. You could always go and get yourself checked out by your primary care physician.

yeah im not an AAS user... and its not the women like breast im talking about. it just that i prefer my nipples being firm all the time and its an inch in diameter... not that i have a disease its just annoying.

Eeneich, nipples are like bellybuttons... some people have "innies" and some people have "outies"... some nipples are large around with little-to-no pointy part, others have no big round areolas with just the pointy part. It's all part of being human.
As Chris pointed out, gynocomastia (or simply called gyno) is usually a side-effect of steroid use. A few males (very, very few) have trouble at puberty and develop gyno. But it would be well-known to them. The diameter of your nipple isn't related, or wouldn't usually be.
You could post a pic of your nipple or email a mod with the pic if your too embarrassed (that's understandable)... but I'm pretty sure there's no correlation.
As far as fat on the breasts, that, like all fat on the body, goes away with dieting. I'm also the type of person who holds a fair amount of fat there if I let myself get too far from being lean.
If you're still concerned, go chat with your doctor. He/she will tell you for sure. And offer suggestions.

thanks troy... i have no webcam or anything like that to take apicture. but what i did do is go see the doctor. he was shocked... he goes there are nothing wrong with ur nupples... but just being perfectly matching with your pecs... he goes since your working out they go perfectly wel together. im sure it was just me... i guess what i was leading too was... how do so many bodybuilders have firm nipples... and not soft ones... are the yalways contracted? /// and if there is fat around the nipples troy... doesi t go away with working out the pecs?

No, fat goes away from diet, not from working out... though working out helps your body to get better at burning calories.
Fat is only lost through dieting. Combine it with bodybuilding and it will increase the speed at which the fat is lost AND will make the muscles in your pecs bigger.
As far as nipples and them being firm or soft, mine are firm when cold, soft when warm... pretty sure it's the same for everybody. Try not to be so self-conscious.

Hey, not a problem man!! We all have things about our bodies we're unsure of and that we become self-conscious about. Just remember that 9 times out of 10 we see something others don't... I'm guilty of it myself, my friend, trust me!! Just remember that very few people (I've personally never met ONE person) are %100 satisfied with themselves... This is all about improvement and we're all interested in improving one thing or another. I'm glad you feel comfortable enough to discuss it with us. Don't be afraid to ask Troy
