Gentlemen! and Ladies. Sorry for being gone so long, but as some of you know my dad passed away a couple weeks ago and I have been running around like a chicken with it's head cut off (not that there is anything wrongs with chickens with their heads cut off). I'm so far behind on my routine, it will take me awhile to make up lost ground.
