Those were taken by my wife lasat year after about 6 weeks of dieting for some show`s I did in Rochester and Syracuse NY.
I was smooth and pale,but I got ripped and tanned eventually! ;D

hmm..your sample workout routine are giving me good ideas.. But is that routine with same weights? or Pyramid?

Max,for this particular scenario I would use the same weight each set after a brief warmup,and try to move through the workout at a good pace.
Normall,for bodybuiilding purposes,I would go heavier,add a few more sets,and pyramid up in weight while dropping reps.
As long as you make the resistance progressive however,you can make good gains using either way.
In other words,add weight when the present weights you are using get too easy.

Good article brother. You know, the workout schedule you suggested is basically the same as mine. Even down to the exercises and sets/reps... amazing.
