Here`s a RECENT shot of Serge Nubret guest posing at a contest. He looks great, better than any of the older guy`s fron the 60`s and 70`s that I`ve seen lately. At 65 to look like this is a testament to a healthy lifestyle. The only other person that I can think of that may look as good is Dave Draper, but I don`t think Dave is in quite this shape. Then again Bill Grant comes to mind. These guy`s are phenomanal no doubt about it!

Serge is 65 years old in this picture.Grant, and Draper are still just kids, comparatively. ;D

Great photo, Tim. Serge seems almost immortal, reminds me of Albert Beckles.
Not sure of Bill Grant, but Dave is 61 and looks very well conditioned though not quite like Nubret. Dave is not looking to guest pose or compete, he does it because he loves it.
Another guy of 61 and looking great is Frank Zane. Saw him at a seminar a few years ago. Very intelligent and articulate and had amazing vascularity and hardness.
God bless all these guys.

My friend Bix says that this shot of Serge was taken this month on Dec.7th. Bix know`s his stuff so I know it`s true even though Nubret defies time.As hard as we train and diet ,most of us will never achieve this type of development ,never mind at age 65.Makes you think about taking up checkers! ;D

How does Serge train? I read somewhere that he uses "light" weights but if so, how light?

Woz, I of course don`t know the exact poundages Serge used in his training, but I do remember reading years ago, that he used extremely high sets and reps ,with comparatively light weights.Whatever his reasoning,he seems to have hit upon a system that really works for him, as he look`s great, even at the advanced age of 65.I have 5 or 6 more recent shot`s of Serge that I got from a French message board, that I`ll post later, as I`m having some computer problems at the moment.

He looks awesome, Larry Scott looked just as good at 65 as well. It's amazing to see such muscle fullness at that age.

Does anyone know how tall Serg is?
Obviously, unbelievable discipline to maintain a body like that at his age.
