Hey everyone,
Just want to thank Tim for the invite over to this board.
A little about myself, im a pro golfer who met Steve Michalik a few years back, now im a npc national level bodybuilder.
Just finished the arnold amateur, prepping for the metropolitans in 3 weeks.
Look forward to chatting with everyone here, and thanks again for the invite!

Welcome to the board Mike! How did you do at the Arnold? Hey Hoopie - The Arnold was amazing. Going into it, i knew id be first or last. i have a very 'ironage' physique. small waist, long legs, short torso. more symmetry than obsurd mass. the validation of i placing 8th was from all the pissed off golden era bb's i knew and had met at the expo booth. when i saw the pictures, it was funny. Joe Meeko - Mr Universe (what a good guy) still wants to tear someones head off over it! take a look for yourself. Ive really used this as motivation to kick some serious butt at the metropolitans in 3 weeks. i cant wait!!!

I may have been before Mikey by a few years (I'm 39)  I don't know- I remember the commercials. "Let's get Mikey--- yeah he won't eat it-- he hates everything (Mikey then eats the cereal)--- He Like's IT!! Hey Mikey!!". Guess what... I never liked LIFE cereal.. haha.. On a serious note- Mike you look great in those pics! good going and it's great to have another quality competitor on this board that I can learn from. Mike |

"You can't flex fat" ill never forget the first show i went to with Steve. he had me laughing so hard as he was yelling that - very loudly at a competitor who was going up against one of our shredded boys up there. too funny! |
