Hi all. Tim invited me to come onboard. Guess he's a glutton for punishment, lol! Just kidding Tim I'm a long time weight trainer, competitor as well I typically do Masters over 40 and open Superheavies-where I've won more or at least placed higher, go figure judges, lol. I train intense and heavy currently 3 times a week- tried 4 0few times -too much! I have deadlifted 520. Rack deads with 735, half squatted 675 for x5-today!, quarter squatted 905, etc. Etc the rest of my lifts are full range to at least positive failuire with forced reps, negs, rest pause etc added in as I see fit. I look forward to learning-and sharing a lot here.

I beleive James is roughly 8 weeks out from a contest,though I can`t remember which show he is doing.
