great news, I was affraid I was behind of a couple of weeks cause I feel very fat and the verdict after having the opinion of 3 competitors at the gym: I am fu*ked up in the head they suggest that I increased my carbs a little bit so I don't look stringy onstage and that way I could stay a little fuller until the show hopefully I won't even have to carb up that much 18 days left ! |
