Hi, I found this site in a post by Tim on another site and decided it was a good one, so I joined. Some of you might recognize Old Navy, as I post on quite a few bodybuilding sites and enjoy reading posts and sharing information with other members of the iron game. I am a 64 year-old natural athlete and have competed in 19 contests since March 2005. I've managed to win some weight, height and age class and best poser trophies along the way. I hold Master Pro Cards in two Natural Federations and competed in my first Pro Show on May 12th, taking home Third Place. I am heading to Toronto this weekend to be Guest Poser at the 2007 FAME WNSO National Championships. My next show after that is the NPA Masters Universe in Ft. Lee, Virgina on June 30th and then the NGA Pro Am in Atlanta on September 8th.  |

Scott, I would love to step on stage and have a great time this week end at the FAME show but I decided to take the summer off from competing! I keep my bodyweight at 10-12 lbs from contest shape so... who knows... there is another WNSO contests by the end of the year! I just need some time for my body to recuperate and for my fiancée and I to enjoy some Food ;D
It would have been great to meet you again this year in Toronto... but I'll keep you informed of my competing plans so maybe we'll be able to meet later...
Enjoy the show... and as usual, show the crowd that you have fun on stage... guess posing is an AWESOME experience!
