Hey guys, just joined as a new member but have been reading the site for years. I am not a body builder but do train specifically for my sport(basically football on ice), it is my job to be the enforcer in hockey. I have used many different nutrition and dieting techniques in the past from this site as well as hydration information. I use a lot of Charles Poliquin's principles as I feel it applies more to the athlete. My question for you all is, does anyone have a charles poliquin level I theory manual they would like to sell??? Look forward to hearing from you and I am always eager to expand my knowledge if you know of any other good books. Thanks
