hi guys this is my first thread so why not start by telling you a little something about me i have been doing weights now for about 18months in terms of resistance e.g circuits which was off and on and didn't really like it TBH so i decided to go into BB as i loved the aspect of it and loved the weights and basically loved the sport and admired the ppl doing it and wanted to be like them!!!! i have come on here looking for as much good info as i can get to help me on the right path in order to one day hopefully start competing (which i know is a long way away yet but every1 has to start some where even the gr8's right? ) so lets tell you a little about me i am 22 years old from the UK and @ the minute i work in sales which is ok i guess, i currently train a split program 4 times a week and am always looking got improve either diet or training or something thats going to make me better in this field! i totally love this sport and dedicate a lot of my time to it around my family life! i never miss training regardless of anything and i always eat every 3 hours on time as i know how important nutrition is! so guys sorry 4 boring you but thats me lol:D i look forward to getting some info off you guys and literally picking all your brains about this wonderful sport we call BB!
