the best supplement in the world is a cycle of faith and heart for 52 weeks no company not even vpx can compete*(though they are helpful)with this imagine the millions of people walking in gnc or on this forum reading the posts thinking about the gym but not going or reading the ph info and buying thinking this will make them arnold, ngapro, nails, lil arny, aflex, tapo jus to name a few then a few weeks later saying the product doesnt work and its a waste of money for those people i say dont order because its a waste of the ups guys time and of supplements without heart and faith you are hopeless as a penny with a hole in it i was listening to an old nas cd the other day and he was talking about music and saying even without a record deal he would still be rapping think about that- without aas, protein shakes,ph's or fancy gyms and the admiration of women would you still be doing this without the weights would you do thousands of pushups and dips and pull ups withouth the treadmill would you get out there an run for 30 minutes or an hour without any trophies or prize money would you still love your body and take care of it if after all this was taken away and you were left with what god created you with would you do this and if so god bless and keep lifting gods nutrion faith and heart ive placed my order next day mail have you placed yours god bless and keep lifting

Good post bro,and your right,if you don`t love what you are doing you simply will not succeed. You gotta` have the fire, heart, desire, dedication, etc. but most of all you have to have the psssion for training,no matter what............just for the sheer love of pumping iron!!

I'm in it for the 1. FOOD 2. Overall Health 3. Muscles 4. FOOD 5. having a six pack But mostly the health and the food. I mean normal regular people wouldn't be able to eat so much if they don't go exercise or lift. Well Bodybuilding has kept me eating AND exercising on a regular routine. It also kept my money from spending on useless things such as video games and such...and more on FOOD, Water, etc. I love bodybuilding.

you know .. a perfect example of this are the people thta you get that want you to train em ... 95 % dont really want to work .. they hate it ! so they last 2 weeks or a month and never ever change . They have 0 desire .. and cannot dig deep with a shovel ! If you dont love it .. find something you do love and stay outta the ones who do love its way .. rant over

moto,I can totally relate to what you`re saying. I`ve had people hire me just so they can have the distinction of telling their friends that they have a personal trainer. Once they find out there is work involved and that they have to be disciplined, they soon back out. As if getting a trainer automatically got you into shape. ;D I wish it was that easy...damn slackers!!
