Name's Jon, people call me Choke.
So used to keeping logs online, as the motivation, advice and friendships that accompany a lot it is something worth while to me.
I was directed here by Randy (Rubicon), and am hoping to really take it to a new level with the knowledge and support I see being shared throughout this board.
So, what's up everyone. That picture is of me at my first contest last September. I am taking some time off redesigning my body, so when I step on stage in 2009. I won't be disappointed.
