I thought I would introduce myself. I'm a 31 year old male, married with 2 kids, and one on the way! I've decided that I'm tired of being fat.
Ten years ago, I was a pretty muscular guy. I'm currently 5'10 263 pounds. I've just lost 31 pounds in a little over 4 weeks. I've recently joined a gym again, and am sitting here sore from typing this ;D I'm hoping that I will be able to read, and get advice from you.
I lost my 31 pounds from going from a 6000 calorie diet, to a 1800-2000 calorie diet eating only foods that are clean. Lean protein, fruits/veggies, healthy fats.
My goal is to lose 68 more pounds. This where I think you guys could help me lean out. I still have a fat muscular build, but with belly fat. So any advice is welcome.
Thanks for your time...

Welcome Bro!
You have accomplished an awsome feat already! GETTING STARTED! The toughest weight to lift....is getting your butt off the couch! ;D LOL!
Really happy to have you here, and will be happy to help any way we can!
Congrats on the new baby coming too! Having all those "crumb-snatchers" running around will keep you active enough too!
I'm guessing that "Cincy" meant Cincinnati. If so, glad to have another OHIOAN aboard!
Anything we can do to help you on your journey to health, just ask away!!!!
