hey everyone i live in northeast arkansas im 18 year's old but here is some stats 5'9 my weight of now is 200 lbs and my bodyfat is about 15% but here are just a few of my max's as of now REG bench=275lbs max incline bench=315lbs max military press=245lbs max here is some pics of me when i weighed 175 lbs 1 year ago here is a a pic about a month ago with me weighing 195 lbs just thought i would stop in and say hello im

i live in Newport, just like 25 min away from you, yea im planning on going there to watch the show this year, i wish i could get some help because i want to start competing but i really dont have no experience with it

Yes and maybe right down some goals or if you're not sure whether to keep bulking or go for fat loss,post some suggestions so we can offer some feedback. If you are interested in becoming more involved in bodybuilding you could offer to help out at the show Roger referred-I'm sure he would be happy to point you in the right direction. Seeing how a show is run and seeing the athletes close up gives you a good insight into the kind of preparation that goes into a show both from the admin and competing perspective.

Beckie is right. See and learn everything from the ground up. hard to tell from the photos. Looks like you need to fill out a bit and with maturity you will look better if you keep up with it.
When you do your first show, I'll help with the posing if you want.

I think you're the first person I've seen whose incline so far exceeds their flat bench.
You've got big mass going for your age. Good work so far.
