;D Hey sorry all! I've been gone WAY TOO LONG! I've been a busy man.
Newly married, full time Elementary PE teacher, Football coach, working part time as a personal trainer, training, cooking, and posing my way to get ready for my show! I hope I still have all the support of the members of this great board. I'm going to be back and around for input and suggestion as well as asking questions. THANKS BOYS

Thankx gentelmen. Just wanted to check back quick before school and look, I'm running late. That's a big problem, I can't access the board at school. Oh well, big day planned today for me.
School, football, work at gym until 10:00 PM then it's a 3 hour drive to cleveland. Do some stuff in Akron on Sat and 4 hours back home to coach a night football game.
