woke up at 6 AM, DEAD tired. Now I'm usually a morning person, but I could HARDLY get out of bed I was so tired. The alarm went off for 5 minutes. The talk radio playing just felt like part of my dream. Finally I woke up. I stumbled down the stairs and Downed 16 oz of water. After that I took my Syngex I & II. I mixed up some SAN V12 Turbo and drank that while I showered. I dressed in a black Nike Polo shirt and some Dockers Khaki pants. I popped on my Nike Air Maxes and laced up. It was off to the kitchen. Crack.... SIZZLE, SIZZLE, SIZZLE. That noise was heard 6 times as I scrambled 6 egg whites. I measured and warmed up 3 oz of 97% ground hamburger meat and I dished myself 1/2 a cup of DRY oatmeal. WHile everyting was cooling I packed my cooler. "Here's meal 2, Meal 3, meal 4, Pre-workout Protein and post workout rice and chicken," I said to myself. "Whoops, can't forget an extra can of tuna, just in case I get stranded somewhere and my flaxseed oil." Okay, I grabbed my beef, eggs, oatmeal, and my gallon of water. Went into teh living room to watch Mike and Mike in the morning while I ate. 7:15, left for school and popped some extra xenadrine RFA I found in the cupboard this morning. Wasn't going to take but I saw the expiration was only a month away, so I'll use it up and I needed a pick me up.
Well I about slept thorugh my first PE class. 1st grade! We did some lap running, motor skills, jumping rope, calisthenics and then we worked on basketball dribbling. My next 4 classes I woke up though. I FELT GREAT! Had meal number 2 while I was teaching class number 3. Then it was off to the gym for lunch w/ my homies. Salmon and broccoli! Afternoon classes went great. TONS OF ENERGY! Meal number 4 was during my 2nd to last class. 5 oz beef w/ 1 oz almonds MMMMMMMM. 3:30 Off to the gym for 2 training appointments. My clients worked their buts off and I had a 45 gram proteni shake w/ 2 oz almonds followed by a pump RTD w/ added CEX! 5:30 - TIME FOR CHEST! Man I was tired. Yawning and dragging ass. My asthma was acting up and I was getting pissed because I couldn't warm-up. Finally Incline BB Press - Set 1 - 275/5 I was disappointed because I was hoping to up it to 6, but I felt alright. Yawning still. Set 2 - 285/4, Struggled and got mad. Set 3 - PISSED by now, "Why the hell can't I breath? Man, it's like I'm so tired and can't catch my breath. SCREW THIS SH#%," I said. "YEAH BUDDY, LIGHT WEIGHT," as I copied Mr. O!!!! Set 3 - 285 for a strong 4. Okay, I was okay. Off to flat bench. Okay, I NEVER flat bench. 3 weeks ago I did for the first time in 10 months. Set 1 - 275/6. EASY, counted it anyway. Left to take a pee. Got back, a man ahd put 315 on there. I said, "F THIS. I'm going to do this. Stay close though Aaron (that's my training partner), I'm still paranoid about my hernia and flat bench pulls it." Set 2 - 315 for BANG, BOO YEAH - 3 STRONG HARD INSANE REPS! I was pleased as punch. Howeer, it felt wierd on teh old herniated area. Set 3 - 285 Feet on bench/6. I was now HYPED! JACKED! INSANE to say the least. Now, to boot, the 2 hottest girls I've ever seen in our gym (new members) came strutting in. "Hey, can you help us out?" they asked. I said, "Well, I'm not on teh clock and I'm training right now, could you wait a minute." "Well, we can just mess around today," they said. Now it was onto inc DB - Set 1 - 100/6 SUPER EASY, basically a feel set, felt like NOTHING! Grabbed my Olympic Plate loading DB's - 110/6, NOTHING again. I WAS ON FIRE! Last set, I got insane, OMG, something I've never eaven thought of attempting. The mirrors in teh gym began to fog (TRUE), the 2 biggest boys came over and said, "You're not doing this are you?" "Watch me," I retorted. "Aaron, Dave (the biggest guy in there) hand these DB's to me," I said. I was in teh zone. Everything around me was black. All I saw was 2 HUGE DB's filled w/ 4 25's a piece a 5 and a 2.5# plate. I was POSSESSED, 1, 2 I was feeling stronger, 3, 4, Oh yeah, Fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiivve I grunted as I barely finished teh rep and then BANG! as the weights fell to the floor. I was spent! I felt great. Like I accomplished an impossible FEAT! I had taken a step toward HUGENESS! I felt BAPTIZED by the iron! My day was complete! Or was it.....
I ate a post workout meal of brown rice and chicken. Trained one more individual and it was off to home. Got home. My wifes car was not there and the lights were off. Mmmm, must have gone to teh store. NOPE. I walk in, the house is lined w/ candles. She is standing in teh doorway in .......
LINGERIE! She grabs me and YADA YADA YADA! The most amazing.... Okay, anyway enough, this is a PG site. Then we come down stairs and into the kitchen. There is a bottle of wine, WHOLE WHEAT noodles (I was wrong Taylor), Lean Ground Beef and sugar free tomato sauce w/ fat free mozzerella cheese. To boot, in the middle of the table w/ 3 candles sat a bottle of WINE! My Post workout workout's Post meal! AWESOME! That brings me to this moment!
Well sorry for the Arny-esque post, but I had to sensationalized a little bit! WOW, what an EVENING!
