I've finally watched myself eating and have found that i eat way to fast sorta like a starving dog just wolfing down my food. #bheadbanger4ga# This has got to do with my over eating I can wolf down 2 plates full of food and still feel hungry not in my stomach but in my head, so I EAT MORE. How do you eat

I eat pretty damn fast lately.........I`m freakin` starving on this pre-contest diet!! LOL Mac,if you slow down and chew your food more and slower,it`s supposed to help you to eat less. The brain doesn`t have time to register that you are full, or have had enough when you eat really fast. At least that is what I have read.

Yeah i'm trying a few things out what I just did was eat half of what I plan on eating and wait about ten minutes to eat the other half, i'm actually good now not starving like I was so that second half should do it.

i always eat fast. especially when we go out to dinner i notice this. as im done pretty much clearing my plate, people are in the middle of their meal. im always the first one done, and i know this could be a problem because i dont give myself a chance to be full. and eating slow bores the hell out of me....how do i change

I eat fast and continuosly. That's me, as well. Sometimes I have to. My friends and I will go out to dinner, and they have half as much food, so I need to be able to finish as they do or else I'll be lagging behind. They all have stories, or tales of how much I eat. Sometimes talk swings to how I do it... "I think he dislocates his jaw!" "Hold on, I have to eat my food, let me call you back, YB is about to eat the platter the pizza came on." "Jesus, did you see that family gawk at him eating those 2-1lb. burgers? Some of them were disgusted, like the daughter, but the dad was cheering him on! The wife was rather taken back, and didn't think he could do it, and I told them 'just sit back and watch.' Then the older black gentleman came over, and put his face RIGHT down at his burger and was confident he wasn't going to finish it!" Sometimes, the ego is stroked by hearing the stories, but other times I am pissed, like in the last situation above. I mean, I don't go and stare at your food, or analyze it, do I?
