Jesse, how`s the DC training coming along? Making any gains yet? Hey Tim, Should be posting in my journal, but I am too sore all the time ;D (excuse for being lazy and inconsistant) I have been learning more about my body that I ever thought possible with this training. I have learned that I have a relativly slow recovery proccess, as I will not train a sore muscle so I have to put off a workout a day or two sometimes, which will slow things down some. I have just completed the first "round" in the log book and went up on all lifts, some by reps and some by weight... like deadlifts were 275 for 6 at the end of yesterdays workout up from 225 for 12. Incline smith was up by a measly 5 lbs for 8+3+1 RP. As far as gains, yes there have been gains on the scale for sure. Started around 212-215 up to 218-223ish but I know that is a huge amount of fat and water, even though my pants are getting looser in the waist and getting tighter around the ass (weird feeling). I have been getting comments from clients like "you are getting bigger, why?" and I am growing out of XL sized shirts in the shoulder area. For shoulders I have dropped the iso work like laterals and pec dec stuff and have gone to smith militaries (front and rear) and seated machine press and have noticed a difference in size (small but still a change). This program is not for the weak... I may not go much further ;D I am not working with DC personally, just doing this off of what I have read with a couple insider tips here and there. Cannot go very far without actually paying up some cash, ya know The diet is killer!!! Slowly worked my way up to 400gs min of protein (lots of red meat), same with carbs (doing a cut off in early evening) while keeping fat to a minimum, just adding some more olive oil and PB to the mix. I try for only 2 shakes a day, but 3 is the norm... also started drinking green tea at work so that is a big plus. One thing that was a big ego buster was taking some photos a couple weekends ago... wanted to blame the lighting type thing ;D There are gains from before, but smaller than what I see in the mirror. My lats are not up to par width wise, the thickness on my back is good tho. Shoulders looked ok, the chest and legs were the biggest disappointment even though there have been signifigant gains over the past year. I will post the link to the back pic with some others from a few years ago. We can go by this for progress and I will add more when I can get the wife to take other shots inside where the lighting is "better" ;D photos.yahoo.com/sabercat9969 I know you saw these on Mikes board, but I thought I would post em up here too. Be nice please ;D

Thanks Jesse, those are good gains bro!!
I know the training is brutal, but my major problem would be consuming that much food.
Lately my appetite is just not there.
I usually have to force myself to eat 6 times a day, but it`s been ridiculous lately, which is hampering my gains as of late.
I might give the program a shot this winter, before I start to diet down for my shows.
Chuck,any problems eating that much?
