Tim as you know just before summer got started you produced a quality program for me to get ripped. I wanted to let you know that all of your time spent prepareing a program for me was not a waste of your time. Life took its turn in the summer and for whatever reason I lost ALL motivation and passion for bodybuilding. All summer I didn't work out and just enjoyed the summer without bodybuilding as part of my life. Before I burned out and stopped the program you provided I was following your program to the letter. I noticed how hard it was to go from my diet to YOUR diet. That quick change left me craveing all the "bad foods" that I would eat on occasion whenever I desired pizza, fast food etc.
I have returned back to the bodybuilding game a few weeks ago and I'm just getting back into the flow of things. I still plan on getting ripped for the summer but I'm going to take a different approach. Instead of a drastic change from 1 diet to another I feel something else would work better for me.
Right now I cut out ALL fast foods, and fatty foods out of my diet. I'm trying to eat as clean as possible while doing some cardio. After a certain amount of time on that, I will cut out all dairy products, and breads out of my diet. This should help me mentally focus instead of a quick drastic change from eating whatever I want while getting in my protein, to a very strict diet.
The program you created for me will be in effect few months before the summer starts. I really appreciate all the time and effort you spent helping me out with a diet/training program. I still have all the files you sent me on my computer so no worries, all of your advice will be taken to the letter.
