You look f-ing great and seem right on track for 2 weeks out. You are vascular, pumped and shredded, what more can you want. How have your legs been coming along? I dont remember where you started there. The rest looks awsome! Good job! Here is a little motivator for you... performancebeat.com/ron.htm

Have you juiced before? Sure looks like it. Either way, impressive physique (MUCH more impressive if natural).

I'm an all "LEGAL" athlete. I have dabbled in some Pro Hormones before and I use creatine, glutamine, protein, etc..., but that's it! ;D

I need to get to 190, but I don't want to get FAT! hahaha, want to stay lean. I know just a pound here an dthere will get me where I want in the next 5 or 10 years! It's a LONG ROAD, but it's FUN AS HELL!

"Juice" is just another term for Drugs Max.
I can't believe your gym has TV's. That would put me right off. As for your physique. Impressive.

Very good improvements over last several weeks, Kyle. Congrats. Really good upper body, legs are good but not quite up to upper body. But that will come.
Overall, impressive development and you should do well. Keep practicing and smile as much as you can on stage (if you feel comfortable). Projects confidence and makes a difficult task look fun and easy. Have fun and go for it!

Thanks Gerry, sorry I haven't gotten you pictures. I really should have worked harder on doing that. I still feel awkward sometimes when I pose, especially w/o a mirror. Any tips to mentally prepare or keep in my head?

No problem about the pictures. Far as posing just keep the routine simple. Start and end with your strongest shots.
If you have to do a short routine for prejudge, you can basically use that for evening and maybe add a couple of different most muscular shots. So you have one sequence to remember.
Need anything specific, just get in touch.

Thanks Gerry, sorry I haven't gotten you pictures. I really should have worked harder on doing that. I still feel awkward sometimes when I pose, especially w/o a mirror. Any tips to mentally prepare or keep in my head? I like to practice this using a video camera. Especially your routine, as, of course, there will be no mirrors. You can play it back and study/pause. Works really well. Focus on each, concentrating on flexing starting with your feet and all the way up to your head. For my first two years I didn't realize on my back shots that I wasn't flexing my ASS!!! This is obviously important. That's where the focus on methodically flexing each area (feet splayed, calves tight, hams/thighs... so-on up the whole body). Pix look good, your looking nice and tight!! T

Great suggestions, Troy. I've worked with several guys via video. Can give a better evaluation than with photos. Especially for a routine.
Very true, every pose starts from the feet up. Always need to flex legs and upper body on all poses. And for back shots, very true about the rump!!
The whole physique is judged on every pose. Example, front double bi judges look not only at shape and peak of the biceps but how they relate to the rest of the physique.
And always flex everything. Judges can't score what you don't show them.

Thanks guys. I've been goig through 1/4 turns and mandatories and holding each for 15 seconds. I tape about every 3 or 4 days! I have my routine down and music picked. Just haven' treceived my final mixed copy from the mixer. Only thing is I'm still not that condiioned to pose. I SWEAT like a MO FO. Will I get deducted for that?

Great minds thinking alike, Tim. Was thinking that if kyle is sweating he s losing some water.
Kyle, if you come in dry and tight you should do fine.

Thanks again boys. I'm just scared I'll look like a fool up there! I want to look somewhat seasoned. I know you can't have it all perfect at the first show or prolly even second, BUT I WANT TO BE PERFECT! hahaha. I'm just going to work my butt off and HAVE FUN! Off to pose and cook!

Kyle, you`ll be surprised....once you get out there it`s over in a minute, literally !! Just practice your routine and get the mandatories down pat then you`re good to go. Don`t get fancy and hold each pose for a 4 second count. Good luck bro, you`ll do fine. Be confident and kick some ass!!
