funny moments at the gym and out side it involveing your bodybuilding life style .
1) farting on the way up doing squats . picture this 225 on me , got a nice rythem going . got 2 reps left before i have to rack the weight . sure not a problem . out of nowhere i feel a bust of air trying to set itseld free from my ass . i fought it and lost and ended up haveing the whole gym stareing at me . all of a sudden 3 of my buddys start to clap . i bowed and we kept going with the wokrout . we still make fun of that one .
2) a lady friend of mine once told me i was getting too big .... all i did was smile from ear to ear and said " thanks !! " the look on her face was priceless

I was doing stiff-leggeds on a Smith machine while standing on a bench to get a better stretch and on my first rep I stood up with a lot of force and whackeed the top of my head on the crossbar of the machine.
Almost knocked myself right out and had a huge lump the size of an egg right on the top of my head.
Have also made embarrasing sounds while squatting and have no gui;ty felings about it !! ;D

I seem to be able to "sneak 'em out" but... then my wife smells 'em and gives me hell so I can't get away with anything, LOL!!
I almost knocked myself out at the gym too. Can't remember if I posted this here or not but...
I was doing sitting calf raises and it was HOT... too hot... so I walked over to get some fresh air from outside. The glass side door was open to let air flow through. I stood up and, huffing and puffing from a hard set, I purposefully marched out the door... which, in fact, was NOT open (they had just wiped the glass rather well) and... BAAAAAAAM I walked face-first into the glass. The entire gym stopped what they were doing and turned to look at me (except my wife who was rolling on the floor laughing).
So, embarrassed as all hell, I turned around and stumbled back to the sitting calf raise machine and went back to work (FM, did my forehead EVER HURT!!). A minute or so goes by and I can't figure out why people are still staring (even my wife now who was on the other side of the gym on another machine with her jaw open)... I finally realized that wasn't sweat running down my nose/face, it was blood. LOL, I had split my forehead pretty nicely (didn't need stitches but it was a bleeder)... I'm just glad the glass didn't break. It was embarrassing but funny to see (I'm sure).
I decided it was time to go home, LOL.

You guys are funny!!!
I had gas on leg day once and did ok until my last working set on leg press. There were a couple kids in the same area and they were watching me load up the sled and were chattering to one another about the weight... it was only like 7 plates a side or something, but impressive to them, I guess. I got through 3 reps and on the fourth deeeeeep rep a very loud and stinky ripper came flying out... enough for me to laugh, which got the kids going and then a hottie walked by and she got a wiff, heard the laughing and looked down... I had to rack the weight out of sheer embarasment, well and the fact that I couldnt hold it up anymore ;D

LMAO!! Classic, UJ ;D HAHA, YB I've always been a pu**y when it comes to blood, LMAO!!! Besides, my gym hates bodybuilders so much, they'd be likely to use it as an excuse to kick my ass out, HAHA!!! T

At a gym I go to we have 2 dumbell racks that are back to back with a space in the middle where we put the clips and misc. equipment. One day I saw this one guy standing on the racks? I first thought he was trying to get something then I watched and he was doing dumbell rows? I asked him WTF are you thinking? He replied "its easier to get the weights this way, why cary it to a bench" I never saw him again. Thank God.
