Think Freddy would be competitive today. Always thought he had development ahead of his time.
He could do a vacuum pose which many guys today cannot possibly hit. That always looks good in a posedown.

Although Freddy`s not as ripped as today`s competitors, I would say not too many guy`s today have his mass, especially since he is a short guy. You`re right Gerry, with todays distended guts on some of the men, Freddy would surely blow them away with a vacuum shot.I don`t think having ripped glutes should be a criteria for a great physique anyway. When did the glutes become so important as a bodypart, and why? Look at the humongous arms of Freddy Ortiz in these pics. server4.uploadit.org/files/261103-freddy doub bi.jpg[/img] server4.uploadit.org/files/261103-freddy trophies.jpg[/img]
