Just title your journal with your name,and fill in your daily notes!
Example: "Bill`s Journal"
Trained chest:
Benches-4x 5-8 185-8 205-6 225-5 250-5
Inclines- 4x6-10
Benches went nice weight felt very easy!
Just a corny example of what you might want to include.
You could also list daily diet,mood when training,energy levels,etc.

Time prevents me from posting more, but I just want to let everyone know here how much I admire and respect what you are doing. These are motivational and inspirational.
