Yeah. Its a great machine and I am not a big fan of machines.
I do like brief training much better than a volume approach. Although like I have posted, I like it more frequently than once per week.
You liked the Rack deads? I'll check out your journal.

Going out on a limb here guys. I am suppossed to carb load tonight, but instead of stopping there I am planning to hit the gym and do a big/light depletion workout and hit the carbs all weekend as if it were a true carb up. Just an expieriment. We will see.

Just like you say everyday is a good day with carbs! How is your diet going? I'm in what I refer to as my pre diet mode. Just eating clean and trying to be in decent shape when I start dieting for real.

Diet is going very well Joel. Thanks. Getting very lean. I will let you guys know how my carb up goes. Right now I cannot stop eating. Oh my. These carbs make me starving. Pasta and meat sauce right now!!!!!! YUM!!

Well. Thats the end of that. What I figured. As of this morning the carb load is OVER. Just barely smooth, but any more would be too much for my liking. Oh well, back to the same game plan. Plenty of time anyway.

Continued carb load on Sunday. Didnt eat very clean, but not too bad either. Woke up this morning bigger, fuller and just as lean. Guess it workout out okay. Will try again next week. BW shot back up to 200, but at the same leaness. NICE!!

Randy, Have you ever considered acupunture for the tendonitis? The reason I'm asking is that one of the PE coaches in the district I know, had developed tennis elbow...tried EVERYTHING, and finally went with the acupuncture out of frustration more than anything...and it worked!!!
