Mentzer and Yates had a huge inpact on the way that I train I guess thats why I find max ot to apealing. Sounds like you're on target. Can't wait to see some pics!

Okay. Today was off. Tomorrow will be a big depletion workout and then its HIT the CARBS for the weekend as I skipped my mid week carb up.

July 29th. Kinda strange, but there are no weight classes in this show. Guess its like the old ANBC shows. They do it by height, which is fine by me. I am 5'8"...
