;DLess than two weeks to go......conditioning is UNREAL. I have NEVER seen my body looking like this. I have a million veins criss crossing EVERYWHERE on every single bodypart, striations upon striations, even when relaxed and without a pump. When I get a pump going it even stuns ME...and I ALWAYS see me!! My bodyweight is about 168, but WITHOUT EXCEPTION people in the gym have guessed it's somewhere between 185-188. I don't want to get ahead of myself here, BUT, I am VERY EXCITED about what I am bringing to the stage on the 23rd, AND then for the Southern States and the NABBA Nationals. There are two people who have been a TREMENDOUS help to me in getting into this kind of condition: one is Eric Broser, who as many of you know is my trainer, and the other is our own EBA84,aka, Eric Brugh, who has taught me more about dieting in the last month than I had learned in the previous 20 years! I cannot thank either of those guys enough.
I thought I'd post this week's workouts as next week I don't know how much I'll be posting......I'll have a few other things on my mind ;D

Everything sounds great and on track my friend for the 23rd! You looked AWESOME at 4 weeks out so one can bet that now you look SPECTACULAR! A GREAT inspiration my friend. Makes me want to start my diet now for the NABBA show....

The last thing I'll say in regards to my condition is this: My brother saw me pose in the gym this AM, he's seen what I look like thoughout my whole career, and even though he's never been on stage , he has seen ALOT of competitive bodybuilders............the first words out of his mouth were, "Oh my God!", followed by "How can you be THAT shredded?" and "I have NEVER seen so many veins all over a person's body in my life!" I'm just gonna leave things at that! ;D

A TON of BALL BUSTING HARD WORK....since January 3rd....23 WEEKS....not 10, not 12, not even 14.... but a FULL 23 weeks!!....not ONE missed workout, not ONE missed cardio session, ( which I NEVER did before), not ONE slip on the diet! PLUS, as I mentioned earlier, Eric Broser has developed a training regimen specifically suited to me, and it has actually taken me to a whole new level. AND Eric Brugh has taught me new dieting strategies that have brought about tremendous changes.....I can't thank either of those guys enough. Keith
