Yea I'm gettin there! the workouts are gettin more and more intense. i only took about 45-60 sec rest between sets today. worked up a great sweat. i feel like if i keep the rests short, i get a better cardio workout than just doin cardio alone

Yesterday I thought i had a really weak chest day, but today my chest is pumped! The guillotine bench press style really destroyed my upper chest! wow

I tried some DB Flat Presses the other day with 120's. Never tried that before. Laid back...........couldn't move them a pinch!!! Had to let them go, and almost ripped out my left shoulder! Oh well...never know what you can do until you try!

( I am talking about the weights.......of course!) well this weekend is my gf's birthday, so well be keeping busy. steakhouse, wine, and the xmas tree...and we'll see what develops afterwards #drunksmiley4op# as far as the power cleans, the 185 came up so smooth and my form was right on, but i didnt catch it on my chest!!!! i was so pumped too! i didnt get under it enough to land it, so next time ill really go for it! 120 on DB press, damn man, thats impressive. one day ill be there!! i wanna be able to do 80 for 10 clean reps and ill be satisfied

So i just looked ion the mirror....apparantly i forgot that i dragged the barbell down the front of my face when i did the overhead press. i knew i did it yesterday but i didnt even thnk about it...now theres a red stripe from midforhead to tip of nose LOL
