Yea its really coming along well. im feeling the movements so much more now than ever. The deadlifts felt real heavy at 275 so i didnt wanna push 315 and risk form so i stayed with the 275. i dont know what it was, but my quads were real sensitive today. they were shaking during the warm up. it could have been the caffeine i took before the workout, but i never felt jittery. i think it was due to the fact i did it in the morning. this really effected my deadlifts in a negative way
I purchased the book "BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA by Arnold" and lemme tell you, i was up all night reading it. i got thru half way already, so much great info on routines, nutrition, programs and reps and such. i recommend this if people dont have it already.

I have to be careful about scheduleing my deadlift sessions too close to my squat workouts. It really has an adverse affect on my performance!

How many weeks has it been since you had a week off? I'm taking next week off myself before I start a new P/RR/S cycle.

Time for a break? Buy yourself a new CD, tear up an old sweat shirt and tie a "dew" rag on your head...take a week off...and go back into the gym looking like a freaking mad man! Tear it up! Bust some new PR's! Walk around like you own the joint...hell, most of us probably walk that way anyways!!! Prepare for the battle.........arrange your stategy....then......... GO TO WAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Instead of a full week "off", i'd much rather do an active rest. Maybe just cardio and abs for the week as opposed to heavy lifting and spot training. I thought it was every 3 weeks, take a week off. like vince gironda used to advocate "train 21, rest 7" www.vincesgym.com/pages/backissue_train_21_rest_7.htm
