hit the heavy bag for 15 min straight, no rest. felt awesome!!

Seated Side Laterals 20 x 12 x 3
Hammer Shoulder Press 45/Side x 15 55/Side x 15 x 2

but did a NYSC Class. it was a "boxing/aerobic class"...wow this class kicked the s**t out of me. it was no joke for 30 min straight cardio and boxing. loved it!

leaving for a vacation on the 14th. comes just in time. the next 10 days im gonna do straight cardio, 30-45 min of it a day before the cruise and take it easy on the weights....is this a good ideA?

Look at all this cardio! DANG! That's awesome man. Your lifts from the last week were killer too!! My bi's would be screamin' with chins ss preachers! YOUCH!
Where's your vaca to?? Hopefully someplace fun and exciting!! I'm going to have to start living vicariously through everyone else; I can't afford a good vacation haha!
