Well i was supposed to weigh in this morning. However i have been remodeling my kitchen and spent the last to nights working on it till 3am. I have been eating right and hitting my w/o's cardio had to be put aside for a few days however. I totaly gutted our kitchen floor and all and have spent the last 2 1/2 days putting it back together. What a chore it been. The guy that was supposed to help me screwed me and decided not to at the last minute. Basically he said get it all gutted then i will help you get it back together. Well got it all out and he says cant help me now. Great, so now i have been busting my arse trying to get our kitchen back together, train, eat right and sleep. Its not that i dont know how to do it but its nice to have help and there are a couple things that i dont know how to do. One being electrial.. So needless to say i have been busy as hell since friday. Gonna weigh in tomorrow afternoon when i get up. Working extra tonight at work so i get a break from working at home...

I hear ya hoopie! I've been working seven days a week myself most of the summer and I've still got work to do to our house. Gotta guy thats gonna do most of it but I'll mostly be helping him. I'm going to try to put it off until after my show.
My hats off to you though, its tough, most people have no idea what we go though training and dieting for these shows!

Hoops, looking bood bro. Getting that kitchen done eh? Bet teh wife is Pleased as PUNCH! A "thanking" should be right around the corner for you. haha LOL! Anyhoo, dude don't even worry about the diet. You look close to spot on and as lean as you are to begin with, you're in good shape. Hell we're over 10 weeks away. The Mash is going to be a blast.

Thanks for the words of encouragement fellas! Have to tell ya my stress level with the kitchen is to the point that i feel like i am going to implode. trying to get the plumbing under my sink hooked in today. Yeah right all i did for 3 hours was fight with it when i also needed to get the electric ready to be moved for her stove. Add to that trying to eat on time and the right foods, work and training and i feel like i am going to snap. I would be ok if i could just get my water in my kitchen back on. Everything i went and bought for that job today ended up in the garbage because i got so PISSED OFF. If i had a sledge i would have destroyed our kitchen out of shear stress overload and anger..NOT GOOD i know but that how i felt/feel..Good thing was i was the only one home so my kids didnt see my anger and i could vent it a little.

Took my first dose of NO Shotgun by VPX! I like it! Worked great the pump was incredible. I thought my veins were going to pop out of my arms. gave me a good focus and energy with only having 4.5 hours sleep.
