Yeah, I need something to get me going for my early morning cardio! Its hard to summon up the energy required to workout intensely on these low carb diets isn't it?

Good w/o not my best. I will take it however....

REP RANGE WEEK 2 Monday 8-21-06 Chest & Shoulders Incline DB Press 95x8x3 Bench 240x10x2 245x9+1 Flies 60x12x2 Milt. Press 155x8x2 Bent Laterals 35x10 40x10x2 Cable Side Laterals 40x12x2 BB/BB Schrugs 115x14x2 Good W/O!! Had a 3 day 0 carb followed by a re-feed yesterday. All in all a good w/o! Strength felt good...

My god my lats/upper back was on fire! The pump was incredible in my lats and upper back. that rocked..Legs on Saturday...I was freaking exhausted after this w/o. The tri super sets kicked my arse but i kicked back...
