Wednesday LEG DAY
SQUATS 135x15 185x12 225x20 225x15(sharp pain in neck where bar was resting. shot into my shoulders almost droppped the bar. Not sure what happened. having some troubles with my neck and squats. Going to try putting a pad there monday and see if that helps. Supposed to do 1 more set but thought better of it. SORRY Boss!!)
Leg Press 230x50 320x40 370x30 410x20 500x10
Leg Ext 90x15,15,15(30 sec rest between sets)
Calf press 500x16,12 550x10 575x8 SS WITH Seated Calves 90x16,12 110x10 120x8
My legs are toasted! Was supposed to do lunges however do to time restraints with needing to get home before my son. i didnt get lunges in. What a killer w/o on legs!! My quads feel like they are ingorged with blood. Will be able to do everything on Monday do to no time restraints..

Hoops,good workout bro!! Try resting the bar a bit lower on your back with your elbows pointing slightly up(hard to explain)rest the bar on the rear delts ,and keep your head up a bit........this forms a natural cradle for the bar to fit into. I learned this from my old competitive powerlifting days..................way way way back in the day!!

Thats where i rest the bar guys. thats what i cant figure out, why its shooting a pain thru my neck and shoulders....
Secondly god am i craving peanut butter tonight. I just wnat to attack my jar of natural pb!!!! ARRRRRRRRRGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I pinched a nerve in my neck a few years ago lifting, doing squats, and it took forever to heal. Going to try with a pad on the bar monday and see what happens..

Take it easy until you're 100% better. And then, I would suggest what Randy said. I also have to rest the bar behind my traps. It works for me.

Hoops, sounds like a trip the chiropractor might help. I just went to mine, I only go as needed but it really helps.
