I have so much lawn to mow,I consider it extra cardio !! Nobody was here this weekend Hoops except me for the most part so you didn`t miss much and you more than likely got a lot of important stuff done and created a happy wife in the process!!

TORCHER WEEK 2 BEGINS Tuesday 9-5-06 QUADS AND CALVES sQUATS 135X15 185X12 205X20,20,20 Leg Press 250x50 340x40 390x30 450x20 525x10 *QUADS ON FIRE! CAN BARELY STAND AND WALK*Leg Ext 80x15,15,15 (30 sec. reat between sets) Lunges 25x12 30x12,12(almost fell on nose with 3rd set) Standing Calf press 215x16 230x12 245x10 260x8 Seated Calf 100x16 110x12 120x10 130x8 *both calf exercises done with 30 sec. rest between sets and max hold last rep each set*All i can say is i think i need a wheelchair for the rest of the day. Holy cow my legs are fried!!!

Thanks everyone for the props!! I think my coach is trying to see if my quads can explode thru my skin!! What a GREAT feeling, I LOVE IT!!!
WANT TO ADD THAT YESTERDAYS LEG W/O WAS DONE ON 9G OF CARBS FROM MY SHOTGUN.. For the last 4 days i have run under 100g of carbs. Going to do a refeed today with about 300g.
