You're doing all right Hoopie! I'll say one thing you're sure plenty strong on triceps! 170x6 on skulls and 80lbs. x 6 on dips! Awesome!

Thanks Rubes!! This week really screwed with my head in the gym. Pissed me off to know i can do more but couldnt all week it seemed. Started on monday and capped off with today.. Remeber that it wont continue in that way. You will be an animal come next week and tear apart your log book!!!! HOOP'S, You got a show to do my man!!! Little carb up today with 200g. Plan on hitting them to because i have shest tomorrow and want revenge from last 2 chest w/o's that were horrible..

POWER WEEK Monday 8-7-06 Chest & Shoulders DB Press 95x6x2 100x6 Incline Bench 205x6 215x6 225x6 Dips 90x6 100x6(too easy) DB Shoulder Press 55x6 65x6 75x6 Upright Rows 115x6 125x6x2 BB/BB Schrug 135x6 145x6 155x6(3 sec. hold each rep, 10sec hold last rep) Cheat Laterals 40x6x2(really hurts shoulder doing these) All in all a good w/o. Much happier than before and better. Some weights still down but then again so is my body weight. Left shoulder acting up again in the same area causing problems. Arms tomorrow...
