Not the best shot to judge by,but you can see that Jay`s in condition, and at 290 pounds, as reported here in this pic,he look`s ready.

Mustafa Mohammed, pictured here with Jay,may not be in such great shape, as I saw a few pics elsewhere, and he looked a bit smooth,although in this shot,which is not advantageous for critiqueing,he look`s pretty good!
