Looks good Frank. I think its a good idea to compete as a light wt. and just focus on perfecting your body. You look massive and have good proportions already. If you come in hard as a rock in your next show you will kick some major ass!!! I'm lovin this P/RR/S training looks like you're doing all right with it too! I agree Frank,at your height, chisel and hone your body to perfection and you`ll be hard to beat. Throwing on a ton of weight to try to get to lighheavy will just result in more bodyfat and help to ruin your lines and aesthetics. Certainly not trying to trash your goals, but I know you`d kick mucho ass as a lightweight if in shredded condition. Agree with Tim who agree with Joel, Frank Seriously, this is an illusion sport, so dont worry to much about bodyweight... how hard you look and the muscle mass versus bodyfat ratio are what we should worry about! Keep going Frank!

Thanks Everybody! I just feel better at a lighter weight too. I've heard about this guy, I think his name is Tim Wescott, who is the master of all workouts and nutrition. I think if he helps me in getting cut....I can still become the beast I want to be!
First P/Rr/S Cycle.............COOL! Was sore all over...it was great! The first Shock day, I had to step out of the gym and get fresh air half way through my workout.....thought I was going to hurl!
So..in a nutshell.YES, I'm loving it! I've also got a lot of people asking me about my workout, and they want to try it too!
Beckie: BP seems ok. Still planning on trying to find a new MD. Keeping injury free. Cut back on a few calories.
Tonight is.......drum roll........Delts, Bi's, tri's....It's gonna get ugly!

GOT ER DONE TONIGHT!!!
I won't give you the dirty details today....but.....
P/RR/S - POWER - Delts/Bi's Tri's....
Let's put it into a story format...just for fun!
Once upon a time.......... I entered the gym...... tonight.... The 250 military presses felt like lightweight! The stairs of the little people started.......... The 70 lb Lat raises appeared heroing,,,but there was no sweat yet! The ooh's and aah's could be heared in a hush throughout the gym.... The Bi's were getting pumped now...veins...blood surging.... 110 lb easy curls. 90 lb free standing preacher curls....the spotter didn't beleive me dragging over the 45's.hahahahahahah! I struck a bicep pose in the mirror.....just for the ladies! 120 lb skull crushers...210 lb cables press downs..... Oh hell....let's go do abs too....this shi__ is lightweight!!! I took off the warm up shirt....pumped..... Silence fell over the gym............the Beast has been conceived....keeping watching.............you'll observe the birth soon!!!
Yea.....it was a good workout tonight!
LIGHTWEIGHT BABY!!!

Ok.....2nd day of back/chest. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO sore!!!
I think I pushed a little too hard. Joints are hurting worse than the muscles. Took care of that with some joint relief meds. Not sure if my shoulders are sore from delts the day before, or if I was using too much shoulder in my presses for chest. Oh well, sore either way!
Also had a pretty successful NPC competitior and one of my judges from a previous contest critique some of my form yesterday. MAN...have I been making a lot of lifting mistakes! I'm surprised I haven't crippled myself my now!
OK....relax a little today.....BIG leg day Saturday!!! It is gonna be so ugly.....I think I better start making arrangments for assistance walking out (or carried out) of the gym now!
BOOM!!!!

I like the pattern you have here. I am finding that shoulders and chest do not go togther, for me personally. my delts are way to sore by the time i hit them. i think im gonna go back to my old routine, legs/calves, chest/bis, back/traps , shoulder/tris

Just for fun and pump... 3 sets of 25 rep squats @ 125 lbs Was a little wobbly leaving the gym Woke up this morning............. OH MY GOD!!! Quads and Hams felt like rocks and were sore as hell! Will take a few days to recover after this one!!! ;D
