What do you want to weigh in at? I was hopeing for top of the light weight class at 155 1/4. However Tim thinks i may have put some mass on and be in the welterweight class which wouldnt make me mad at all. At least i will know that i put on some good quality mass in my short off season..

Monday 2-12-07 LEG HELL(BOOOOOYAAAAAAH)
Squat 205x20 225x15 245x12 250x10 185x20
cybex seated leg press 150x50 175x40 200x30 225x20 290x10(my quads are roached)(i dont know why but this machine restricts me from doing a lot of weight.)
db lunges 25x12,12,12 ss with step ups 10x15 15x15(falls over at this point) *By this point my whole body is shaking. The w/o was done on a you go i go pace.*
standing calves 5x200xfailure( i dont know i lost count) ss with seated calf press 5x250xfailure(hell if i know)
Legs are roached. walking hell i will be limping around. Great leg w/o!

treadmill 35 minutes with steady increase in incline and speed. 5 minute cool down 330 cals burned.
No gym today for i am snowed in. maybe going to do a 2nd cardio session later this evening..

Hoops,you have to be one of the most dedicated dieters I`ve ever seen..............big props, as dieting is by far the hardest part of bodybuilding.
Keep it up, and stay focused......I`m getting good vibes this year!!
