Smith one arm rows 55x12 65x12 85x12
head braced bb rows 75x12 95x12 105x12
pulldowns 170x12,12 180x12 *At this point my back is fried. I was pushing it as hard as i could and it was telling me to kiss its ass.
seated rows 150x15,15
bb schrugs(ran out of time due to late start)
the whole w/o was done on the you go i go pace. Very little rest again.

So i sleep in the mornings from 7 to noon. Not much sleep but i can get by. However i didnt want ot get up today when the alarm went off. I'm tired!!!!!!!

Hopeing to get cardio in still. running out of time. Have a 5:30 and 7:30 basketball games plus homework to get done before hand. Crossing my fingers for at least half hour of cardio....Otherwise a very good w/o. Hammies are waisted. Whole w/o done as you go i go. Very little rest between sets..

I use an ikncline bench and adjust it so that when i bend over and put my forhead on it my upper body is parallel to the floor. As for the smith rows i use the smith rack and stand beside the bar as close to middle as possible.

Great arm w/o. pump was incredible.
