Holy crapp! This was a pretty intense workout, not my best effort but I'm still finding my weights. I will improve on my next cycle!
Those one leg squats on the HS base squat machine are intense!

Thanks guys! Shock week is insane, especially leg day! Their still sore from Tuesdays leg workout! Those preacher curls and chinup supersets are awesome too! Its been years since I've done this kind of stuff.
Hoops, I haven't gotten any no shotgun as of yet. I'll probably order some the next time I stock up on supps.
