Alright, got my meals cooked and straightened out ;D
5am 1 cup of egg whites, 2 whole eggs 2 slices of turkey bacon 1 packet of banana bread quakers oatmeal
8am 5 oz chicken breast 4 oz sweet potato
11am 4oz chicken breast 4 oz sweet potato
2pm 4 oz chicken breast 4 oz sweet potatos
5pm 4 oz eye of round steak 1 serving of ON whey protein with 5 grams of creatine 1.5 cups of brown rice
8pm 8 egg whites 2 yolks 1 packet of oatmeal
I f i have everything right it should be
2349 calories 59 fat 191 carbs 242 protein

cardio 20 minutes on treadmill at 3mph (light cardio session to get me back in the groove of things)
