Hi Beck!!!!
Tim hasn't "formallY' advised on supps, but I do take creatine, glutamine, multi-vit/mulit-mineral, besides what my MD has me on.
I'm app. 10 lbs up of my previous contest weight, and I wasn't ripped enough at that weight. I know we have "some" time, but I don't want to "run out of time" either.
Just getting "antsy" as the days get shorter I guess!
What do ya think? ;D

I think it all looks fine to me Frank-its not as if you've put on 10lb of fat over that time Just keep to that diet and you'll def be leaner than last time around!

Delts and Hams from Thursday night February 8, 2007 Delts Seated DB Press 5x12,10,80,10,12 @ 40-60 lbs. Behind Back Lat 4x 12 @ 30 Bent Over Lat 5x20,15,12,10,20 15 up to 40 back to 15 (I really like doing this one laying forward on a 45* bench) Seated Press Machone 1 x 20 @ 120 HAMS Stiff leg deads on platform 4x20,15,12,10 = 95-120-90 Lying Leg curls 4x12,10,8,20 = 90-120-90 Seated Leg Curls 1x20 @ 75 Good workout but current training partner is a newbie and talks too much. Asks lots of questions which is good for him, but does slow me down. PLus we do have to make a lot of adjustments because he's 6' tall and cannot lift as heacy as me, so we need to adjust machines and plates quite often, which IS time consuming. At least my wife can lift a little more, and we don't have to adjust machines! Went too light..could have lifted much heavier. Due to all the chit-chat ran out of time for abs and cardio I may need to break off training with him if this keeps up. I can do more myself by just getting in the "zone". Today = Friday February 9, 2007 Weight = 166.6 AM Cardio = 225 Cal Just cardio and abs this afternoon Diet = 1427 Cal 233.5 Protein 90 Carbs 17.5 Fat Tomorrow = ARMS

maybe you could ask him to make a list of all his questions? THat way you wouldn't be interrupted so much...I used to train with a guy that was 6ft4 and I'm only 5ft6 but you can get the change of weights down to a fine art if you have the plates etc by the machine before you start

frank,do as Beckie advises.....I train with a woman and we manage fine,just have to set tyhings up first,and go for it.
Tell your partner that once you enter the gym,playtime is over and talk is for later..in a nice way of course.
Trainings looking nice,now nail down that diet brother!!

I'll work with him a bit, but we'll call it a "trial basis" for now. Don't mean to sound greedy with my time, etc., but that's why I stopped training people in my last gym.
My time in the gym is at a premium.
Somebody out there, who will be standing next to me on stage next year...is hyper focused and spending every minute on his training.....
I need to do better...on my training and especially on my diet.
My sisters (one from Texas) visited the gym to watch my wife and I train. It was just a cardio/ab day for me so they didn't see much, but they did like my gym. Truthfully, their presence was distracting.
Good day on diet. No cheating. Tomorrow...ARMS!!! Tomorrow...BIGGER ~ BETTER ~ TIGHTER.....need to make sure the BEAST to-be is well on it's way to being born!!!!

Saturdays arm wo didn't go well. Took some NO Xplode before my workout which made me big time nauseous, Got through my first superset and thought I was gonna be sick, took a break, and tried to cintinue, but just felt worse.
Called it a day, and went home to sleep. Felt better after I woke up. 50 carb day.
SO...instead of taking Sunday off as my normal off day, I did my Saturday Arm Day.
Felt pretty good, but felt really weak today. Elbow joints were killing me. Completed the wo with no problem, but did have to go lighter then I would have liked.
BB Curls - 4x12,10,8,15,@ 50-100 S/S with EZ Bar Tricep Ext - 4x12,10,8,15 @ 75-120
Seated DB Curls-3x10 @ 40 S/S with Lying DB Ext-3x12 @ 75
Cable Preachers 2x15 @ 70 S/S with Cable Press Downs 2x 30 @ 120
Dips Between Benchs BW x 1 - failure
Wrist Curls - 5x20,15,12,10,20 @ 30/40/50/60/40
Looking forward to a good week. Tomorrow is LOW carb Day.
Legs tomorrow...hahahahaha Let's get it on!!!!

Monday, February 12, 2007 LEGS ! Squats = 5x20,15,12,10,20 @135/150/170/205/150 Went a pinch lighter. Right knee felt a little shaky, even wrapped. Did not want to push it. Went for perfect from, ass in the grass. Leg Press=50,40,30,20,10@180/270/360/450/540 DB Lungs=3x12 @25/35/45 Step-Ups=2x15@ 50(one leg at a time) These are killer for me, not becuase of the Leg wo, but because it rushes my cardio and BP. ALWAYS makes me nauseous and dizzy. Needed 5 mintues after this one to recover. Stand Calf Raise 5 X @ 330 to Failure S/S with Seated Cald Raise 5 x 360 to Failure Calfs were fried, but a lot of arch pain. This always happens due to an extremely tight tendon/muscle in my arch. Had it checked by MD and Therapists. Stretch, heat etc., does not help. Happens during cardio sometimes too. Something that hurts, but I've learned to live with it. Having a very difficult time walking tonight, and it's ALL GOOD ;D Walking, sitting etc, tomorrow is gonna be a bit*h! THANK YOU TIMMY!!!! Tomorrow----CHEST DAY hahahahahah!!!!
