OK...finished Saturdays marathon workout... I am FREAKING SPENT!!! Great Arm Pump...Gym owner said I had the biggest guns he's ever seen! The Cardio/Ab mix was crazy..non-stop....2-3 people told me I was insane!!!! 800 calories on the elliptical!! Well...I guess that's what it takes!!! Now.............REST and EAT!!! Looking forward to FREAKY LEG DAY MONDAY...TIM? and....I have a relaxation massage appointment at a local Spa right after my leg workout....Monday will be SWEET!!! YEA BABY !!! ;D See me previous log for today numbers

Sunday ~ Nice quiet off day....only: Cardio = Elliptical = 300 cal Treadmill= 200 cal ABS= Tri set cunches x 50 Roman Chair-failure Rev Crunches-failure That's all ~ no more, no less!!!

Monday ~ off for Presidents day! but...woke up with migraine! (no, not my wife!) Leg Day Leg Ext 4x12@300 Close Stance Squats 4x12 @ 185 (per TIm) Hack Squats 3x20,15,12 @180, 360, 450 DB Lunges 2x12@50 (migraine made these difficult) Hack Squat 1x25@360 (ouch!) Calves 12 sets 4x180, 4x360,4x500 fail + 1/2 reps failure Very dizzy, and migraine was killer. Took meds. Went for Relaxation massage at Spa........~ VERY NICE! (if your curious, her name was Lisa!) and....stop laughing...a manicure to top it off! (her name was Brandi!) Cup of coffee..........e-mail.,,,,nap. Woke up...migraine gone..... Prep food for week. Now...if I had a chest workout for tommorrow ahem

I had a migraine myself on Saturday-had to sleep it off and miss my uncles 60th bday party Reminds me I must use the massage voucher I have sitting here-50% off!

Tuesday Morning~ where's Morrie when you need 'em! Really tired, not feeling 100%, cold sore on lip overnight, crap! Oh well....on it goes! 225 cals on treadmill at 3:30 am Meal #1 8 egg whites/1 c mixed peppers/1/8 c onions+8oz SF Kool-Aid Off to the grind!

Hoops/Beck! Good Morning guys! I was so tired last night, I ate and crashed!!! Good chest day No major numbers but a good pump and went to failure on every Bench with a real wide grip. I'm sure I'll be feeling it once I wake up today! 30 min cardio @ 400 calories on elliptical and intermixed abs in-between. Wednesday - today: 30 min treadmill - 225 cal Meal #1 8 egg whites w/peppers and onions w/ sf kool-aid Now...if I just had a back wo for the day~TIm?

Thursday Delts..didn't do hams Did an "ok" Delt workout. I've had better. Got in..got out of the gym. Was one of those days again (bad attitude). Perhaps it's the carb deplete thing, or perhaps I'm just psychotic, but the closer I get to contest, the bad attitude creeps in. Really need to stop letting this happen. Distracts from everything. Felt I needed to post it though...perhaps some of you have been there, done that, too. Just slap me a few times and tell me to snap out of it! Today is just cardio and abs...probably a good thing. Would rather go home, eat a pizza and go to sleep for therest of the day (NOT!) Tomorrow is arm day, more cardio and abs again. If I don't snap out of this, the whole weekend will suck. Anybody have some motivation to spare out there? Motivational articles? Whatever? Contest time is approaching...and Da Beast is yet to show his head!
