Solid Rich!!!
When working around an injury, it's easier to appreciate a pain free workout hen?

You said it Mo. I've been taking 3-4 days in between workouts just to see if any pain surfaces. I'm being so cautious! But I don't want to get hurt for a year again.

I love the total lifted thing. Makes the weights seem massive!

I love the total lifted thing. Makes the weights seem massive! "seem" massive? You saying they aren't?!?!! LOL. Actually I track that as a way of measuring intensity. I dont' post it, but I also track how long the workout takes, then use lbs lifted/minute as a guide for how "intense" the workout was.

It`s good to cycle heavy deads anyway...........not good to do them every week.
Good workout Rich.

Yeah, I know you shouldn't do them weekly. When I do I end up hurt pretty quickly. My complaint is that when I DON'T do them I just can't seem to duplicate that extra-special, totally-wasted-back feeling that only deadlifts seem to deliver.
