Good workout today concidering I've not felt very well all day! Nausious feel most of the day, I think its my allergies. Oh well we can't miss a workout over things like that can we? ;D

lat pulldown on dual over head pulleys 220x9 200x9 200x9 seated cable row on dual pulleys 220x12 220x12 220x10 dumbbell pullovers 75x20 75x16 rack deads 405x12 425x8 dumbbell shrugs 150x12 150x12 150x10 Man this was just one of those days when I just wanted to get in the gym and get it over with! I felt pretty good by the end of the workout, endorfins maybe?

face pulls (did these on dual low pulleys) 40x15 40x15
pressdowns (close V grip attachment) 100x10 100x9
seated single dumbbell triceps extension 75x10 75x12 ??
seated dip machine 150x20 170x14
standing calf raise 300x10 300x9
seated calf 125x12 125x12
Free Motion calf press 220x15 220x14
Pretty good workout, got a good pump on the Smith machine presses. Its been years since I've done them behind the neck, I didn't use a back support. I get a better feel that way.

Great job Joel. Hows the diet been? Diet's been about the same as usual, I should keep posting it but it gets pretty redundant. Bodyweight is hanging around 210lbs. Kinda cut, about 12lbs. over contest weight. I've been sick all week, not so sick to miss work or go to the gym but just upset stomach and no appetite. I think its allergy's, I look more cut though! lol ;D

hack squats 8plates x 8 drop 7 plates x 3 drop 6 plates x 4
seated leg curl supersetted with good mornings on hack squat 150x12/90x12 190x8/140x10
standing single leg curl 50x8 drop 40x3 drop 30x3 each leg
My hams are aching as I sit here typing this! My training partner was hurting worse than me so thats some consolation!

seated calf raise 115x20 115x18
Tough workout! I'm still feeling it!
