Great job once again Joel! I feel your pain brother with the allergies. The only relief I've found is from my chiropractor. He's cracking my neck and releasing some of the histamines from these glands. Seems to really be working for me!

I live in the worst region in the country for allergys!

stiff arm pulldowns super setted with pulldowns on dual pulley
stiff arm pulldown 100x9 80x8 dual pulley pulldown 200x8 160x9
seated cable row super setted with dumbbell pullover 220x10 200x10 85x8 85x8
HS seated row 280x10 drop 230x3 drop 180x4
rack deadlift with a shrug at the top of each rep 365x8 365x8 365x7
Those rack deadlift/shrugs are deceivingly difficult, they really put a lot of stress on the traps.
Best back workout in a while! I'm really at a good place in my training right now. I'm in really cut condition weighing around 203.
My diet has been very consistent for the past couple of months since my wife has been on her diet there hasn't been any junk around the house to temp me and we haven't been eating out much!
Breakfast 5 whole eggs 1 serving oats
mid morning 1 can tuna 1 serving oats
lunch 8 oz. eye of round 2 cups mixed veg.
pre workout 1 serving whey 32 g. dex. 5 g. creatine
post workout same small protein bar (15g. protein 16g. carbs.)
dinner 8 oz. lean ground beef mixed veg. Skinny Cow (low fat ice cream sandwich) yummy
This has been a typical day of eating for the last couple of months the only change really has been the whole eggs.

Thanks for the support guys. I'm still losing weight! Down to 202! I'm really not pushing my diet, just eating clean. I am finding it difficult to progress on my training poundages though. I really don't want to add any body fat but I think I'm going to increase my calories a little.
5 months till contest time!
