I hd 2 choices: Put the bar down and do what I gotta do or just continue. You guessed it. Choice B, continue. So to keep my mind off of how much my legs were killing me I decided to chew the chuncks like chickletts until they were all swallowed and gone while lunging away!!!! YUM!!!

You, Keith, and myself!!! what's even better, I have I think 3 or 4 people from my local gym planning on doing the show too so this could be one of the best days of my life come OCT! However, first off, I need to qualify! So I plan on showing those guys come Aug what one member of the WOTW and P/RR/S clan have to offer!
