Looking forward to seeing you again my friend! Will be a rocking great time with us all there in October. it's going to be a GREAT show! You, Keith, and myself!!! what's even better, I have I think 3 or 4 people from my local gym planning on doing the show too so this could be one of the best days of my life come OCT! However, first off, I need to qualify! So I plan on showing those guys come Aug what one member of the WOTW and P/RR/S clan have to offer! Good stuff bro. I wanna play!!!

I might be interpreting the rules wrong but to do their open/nationals you must have placed top 5 in an OPEN cat or won his class or overall in novice. I've never won my class in novice yet.. I plan to come this Aug.

Nice work Chan. Great DB presses! Thanks Randy, I'm really working on the "feel" and not the weight. Granted they are high but I take my time and do it with a nice pace. Cause.. I know my weaknesses..Right now it's the Two Cs.... Chest and Conditioning!
